Our Anti-Decubitus Air Mattress features an alternating-pressure system that helps prevent and manage pressure ulcers (bedsores) in immobile patients. The bubble-type design with 130 individual air cells provides consistent pressure redistribution, reducing manual patient repositioning work. With 3 dedicated operating modes (Nursing, Examination, Transfer) and a silent, energy-efficient pump, it is suitable for both home and clinical use.
The Anti-Decubitus Air Mattress is indicated for the prevention and management of pressure ulcers in bedridden or immobile patients. The alternating-pressure system automatically inflates and deflates alternate air cells, simulating the natural process of patient repositioning to promote blood circulation and prevent tissue necrosis. The system simulates clinical 2-hour pressure-relief cycles to effectively reduce the risk of pressure injury. Three dedicated operating modes — Nursing (daily care), Examination (medical inspection), and Transfer (patient transport) — provide flexibility for different care scenarios. The mattress is constructed from thick, 3-ply waterproof PVC material that is puncture- and abrasion-resistant, suitable for long-term repeated use. The silent 10W low-power pump supports 24-hour continuous operation, making it ideal for both home care and clinical settings. Manufactured in ISO 13485-certified facilities with CE MDR and FDA clearances.

Use Method
Unfold the mattress and place it on the bed frame. Connect the air hose to the pump outlet.
Plug the pump into a suitable power outlet (ensure correct voltage setting).
Turn on the pump. The mattress will begin to inflate. Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for full inflation.
Choose the appropriate operating mode (Nursing / Examination / Transfer).
The pump automatically maintains the preset pressure range (50-120 mmHg). Do not over-inflate.
Gently position the patient on the mattress. The alternating pressure will begin its cycle.
Check regularly for proper inflation and patient comfort. Use the included repair kit for any minor punctures.
When not in use, deflate the mattress by disconnecting the hose, fold, and store in a dry place.
