Use Method
Fully charge the device before first use (approx. 3 hours).
Sit comfortably and wrap the massager around your leg from ankle to thigh, securing with Velcro straps.
Press the power button to turn on, then select one of the 3 massage modes (Sequential / Cycle / Overall).
Use the intensity buttons to select one of the 5 pressure levels.
Choose 10, 20, or 30 minutes as desired.
The device will begin the sequential compression massage. For best results, use one or two sessions daily.
When the session ends or you wish to stop, remove the wrap and recharge the device for next use.
