Use Method
Rest for 5 minutes before measurement. Sit in a comfortable position with feet flat on the floor.
Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow. The cuff should be snug but not too tight.
Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
Press the START button. Voice guidance will lead you through the process.
Results are displayed on the large LED screen with WHO classification indicator.
Readings are automatically stored with date and time stamp.
